We begin with a simple check-in and grounding, allowing your nervous system to settle. From there, I’ll guide you through soft, intuitive movements, fascia release, and energy body awareness techniques to help ease tension and restore flow.
Each session is tailored to you on the day working with what your body needs, whether that’s calming, releasing, or gently re-energising.
There may also be light hands-on support to help your body unwind more deeply.
You’ll leave feeling more connected, more at ease, and with one or two simple practices you can use at home.
This is a beautiful option if you’re not ready for a full treatment, or if you’d like more personalised support. Excellent to go alongside any treatment offered or the group Reset classes.

Kinesiology initial appointment

Kinesiology allows us to test for imbalances in the Structural/Physical, Chemical/Nutritional or Mental/Emotional aspects of a person, tapping into the subconscious brain so you can get biofeedback on the imbalance found. With a mixture of Traditional Chinese Medicine and western techniques, a unique session is enabled for each individual. A variety of techniques are used to help the body come back into balance, restoring energy flow. Some of the techniques used to correct imbalances could be Acupressure/acupuncture points, Neurovascular points, Lymphatic points, Emotional release using NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming), meridian running, Healing Energy, nutrition, food testing, movement/exercises, lifestyle changes and more.

Warm Welcome. Well thought out Light airy Space. Beautiful Decor. Comfortable Chairs.
Denise had her Session planned out - everything was Inclusive. One anyone less sure of movements, Denise offered assistance and Guidance. Easy to follow small movements - relaxing the body and allowing us to focus on our breathing and body. In a short time we all agreed that the Session allowed us to feel Grounded and more in tune with our individual “Life Force”
No pressures or Expectations / just Peace
